Serve with Heart: The Rivera Memorial Volleyball Academy is a youth training program dedicated to building skill, teamwork, and confidence both on and off the court. Guided by the values of discipline, respect, and community service that honor the legacy of Heriberto "Eddie" Rivera and Howard Hughes, the programs focuses on developing strong fundamentals in passing, setting, serving, and teamwork through fun, structured drills and games.
Each session blends athletic training with character development - teaching sportsmanship, leadership, and perseverance. Players learn from experienced coaches in a positive inclusive environment where every child can shine. Beyond volleyball, the academy encourages youth to embody the spirit of service, unity, and commitment that defines the Rivera Memorial Foundation's mission.
